Refunds & Cancellation

This policy explains cancellation and refunds for crackAI.dev paid plans, operated by VIANI, operating crackAI.dev. It applies once paid plans are available; the Service currently offers a free tier and an invite-based early-access Pro tier.
Subscriptions
Pro is offered as a recurring subscription (monthly or yearly). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing contact@crackai.dev. When you cancel:
- Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
- You are not charged again after cancellation.
- You keep access to Pro features until the period you already paid for ends.
Refunds
Because the Service delivers digital access immediately, fees are generally non-refundable. We will, however, consider refunds in good faith in cases such as:
- A duplicate or accidental charge.
- A technical issue on our side that prevented you from using Pro for a sustained period and that we could not resolve.
- A charge you did not authorize.
To request a refund, email contact@crackai.dev within 7 days of the charge with your account email and the reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment provider; the time to appear on your statement depends on the provider and your bank.
Price changes
We may change subscription prices. Any change applies from your next billing cycle, and we will give you notice before it takes effect so you can cancel if you do not wish to continue.
