Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of crackAI.dev (the “Service”), operated by VIANI, operating crackAI.dev. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

crackAI.dev is an interview-preparation platform for machine-learning and AI roles. It offers study material, coding and system-design labs, AI-assisted explanations, mock interviews, resume feedback, and interview tracking. Features and limits may change over time, and some features are offered as part of a paid plan.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Authentication is provided by a third-party authentication provider; you must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
  • Attempt to break, overload, scrape, or circumvent rate limits, access controls, or usage caps, including the sandboxed code-execution environment.
  • Upload content you don’t have the right to share, or that infringes others’ rights.
  • Post spam, harassment, or misleading content in community features.
  • Use the AI features to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing output.
  • Resell, redistribute, or use the Service to build a competing product.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that put the Service or other users at risk.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (posts, interview entries, resumes, code). You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service and to provide the features you request (for example, sending a job description to an AI provider to generate a prep plan). We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use your private content to train our own models.

5. AI-generated output

The Service uses AI to generate explanations, feedback, recommendations, and mock-interview responses. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. It is provided for educational purposes only and is not professional, career, financial, or legal advice. Verify anything important before relying on it. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on AI output.

6. Plans, payments & refunds

Some features require a paid plan. Prices, inclusions, and limits are shown at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by our payment providers; by purchasing you also agree to their terms. Cancellation and refund terms are described in our Refunds & Cancellation Policy. We may change prices on a prospective basis with notice.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Some features depend on third-party providers whose availability we do not control.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIANI, operating crackAI.dev is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. On termination, the rights granted to you end, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Bengaluru, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
